This design is greatly inspired by the AC-130 Spectre gunship, this design uses a heavily modified ATMES-62 Fuselage.

The M.S. Empire and the Air Force issued a design to be made of a long-range gunship, which a convention was held to do so. Many companies such as the XL surprisingly joined into the convention as well submitting one of their own gunship designs. But the Air force was clearly in favor of the ATMES-63G which uses a heavily modified ATMES-62 Fuselage. Along with equipping two NK-12 Turbo-prop engines being the most powerful turbo-prop engine ever built. Also deciding to mount weapons which was powerful and well suited for a gunship of its time. And so development started and was finished in just several years. After the it was completed, seven squadrons were equipped with the new aircraft and their main goal is to provide maximum supporting fire for Aliston's ground troops in Afghanistan, the design proved superior at it's role, and production still continues to make the definitive and even new version of the aircraft
